Overview
Currently, Rekind is the only national EPC company wholly owned by Indonesia. Rekind’s share ownership consists of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) at 90.6%, PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (4.97%) and the Republic of Indonesia (4.97%). Rekind is also supported by superior engineers and resources who tirelessly continue to innovate and develop their abilities to produce quality works. Thanks to that, Rekind has always been trusted as the partner of choice for clients and has always been in a leading position in the integrated EPC industry. Established since August 12, 1981, the existence of Rekind is expected to reduce the dependence of the Indonesian people on foreign companies in developing large-scale industries. The project that Rekind is working on has now spread to various regions in Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, and entered the East Asian market.

Bonney Forge
Bonney Forge, founded in 1876, initially forged and finished hardware for horse drawn wagons. The company’s product line, all requiring metal working and machining, evolved during the first half of the 20th century. The products included hand tools, military hardware and commercial forgings. In the second half of the century the company entered the fittings and valve markets with the introduction of the Olet® fitting line. Subsequently complementary products were added including forged steel fittings, forged steel valves and more recently cast steel valves.
